 Processes

 

The foaming process consists in:

In the first phase it mixes poliol and TDI (Toluen Di Isocianate) with some other components and poured  in molds, this mixture is transformed in foam blocks and then taken to the curing warehouse to conclude with the polymerization, after that it is taken to the cutting queue for its final process.

 

For the manufacturing of our products, we have German technology, systems and machinery.

The name of our foaming machine is “Max Foam”, it has a system where the product grows a 70% downwards and 30% upwards, and this means higher and squared foam blocks, optimizing the use of the machine.

To accomplish our customers and markets different requirements, we have different cutting process  to give form to the classified products in:

Slab (Foam or Rebond)

 

Rectangular from 2 mm thickness

This process satisfies the needs of the manufactures of the following products: mattress, furniture, decorations, footwear and others. It consists in cut the foam with a carrousel cutting machine to get in a horizontal way, sheets with a 2 mm. minimum of  thickness and after that the product pass through the crushing machine or goes directly to the warehouse to be sale.

Die cut, cut to shape & size or special cuts (Foams or Rebond)

 

 

Our market segments like packaging, clothes, accessories and footwear ask us for special foam cuts. To satisfy these market segments we have  a machinery who has a computing equipment that receives the design and make the specific cut in order to client specifications.

 

Looper / Peeler

 

Foam or Rebond Rolls from 1.5 thickness to 300 mts. in lenght width from 1.40 to 1.60 m.

The market segments such as automotive, footwear, clothes, mattress and carpets require foam rolls with different measures and thickness. Could be anything from 2 mm to 25 mm and as long as 300 mts., we obtain this with our looper and peeler machines under strict quality standard

 

Rebond

 

With the already mentioned process, we obtain cut material whose use to get the rebond, this process consists in crush all the material to transform it in gragea (polyurethane drops) . This drops, poliol and TDI (Toluen Disocianato) are poured in molds obtaining high resistance and quality foam blocks used in mattress and cushioning market of all kind.

 Laminated

 

 

One of the principal polyurethane foam uses is the manufacture of the laminated foam. This process consist in glue the foam with different fabrics and vinils. The adhesion could be by fire or glue. The laminated is used in the automotive, footwear and babies accessories market.

The most important products in this process are: seats fabric, side panels, headliners, footwear, baby seats, etc
